Exclusive feature of the BOD Group is the highest quality, provided by the company. Only the highest quality materials provided by the globally well-known suppliers, such as Bayer, Heraeus, Morton, Marabu, Ruco, and Festo are used in the manufacturing process. All technologies are continuously updated and modernised, following the newest trends of disc manufacturing market. The equipment for the BOD Group plants in Vilnius and Tallinn facilities are supplied by such German, Swiss and Dutch global technology leaders as Singulus Technologies, Netstal, and Kammann. All production is manufactured strictly following the ISO 9001:2000 - the International quality management standard and in compliance with the ISO 14001:2004 – the environmental protection standard. The major production manufactured by the BOD Group is the conventional CDs and DVDs, as well as specific CDs, produced for marketing purposes. All production manufactured in the BOD Group plants comply with SONY, PHILIPS and TOSHIBA norms, requirements and specifications. Qualified staff and state-of-the-art equipment enable to ensure perfect quality of the company‘s products and services. Stages of CD manufacturing are: Premastering, Testing, Mastering, Moulding, Metallization, Lacquering, Printing, Packing. | |||
